The education Nicolae received during his childhood inspired the values that would define him for the rest of his life: faith in God and love of the homeland.
Thus, young Purcărea, a student at "Andrei Şaguna" High School in Brașov, approached the political right movements and, according to his own confessions, the songs of the legionaries convinced him at the age of 16 to join the Legionary Movement.
His gesture would mark his destiny.
